You've benn tagged!

The first five people to comment get a handmade gift from me. Those who commented also have to post this on their blog and then do the same, make a gift for the first five people who make a comment. This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:

1. I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!

2. It'll be done this year. Hopefully sooner than later.

3. You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be sewn, stamped, baked, or it may be something totally random that I come up with on a whim. Who knows? Not you - until you receive your gift!

4. I reserve the right to do something extremely strange.

The catch? The catch is that you must repost this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. Let's get those homemade gifts going! So, the first 5 people to leave a comment telling me they are doing it also, and post the same post on their blog will receive a gift - made with my two hands! Be sure to post pictures of what you won when you receive it! Don't worry if you live far away. I will send it to you.
Woo, hoo. I am getting some fun ideas already.
OK, Ready...

Meet Jacob Daniel

Holding Jacob made Mike a little sad that we won't be having any more little babies of our own, butI assured him we'll be Grandparents before we know it. (hopefully not before I'm forty, but Cortney will be 18 this year. She seems to have a good head on her shoulder's though and doesn't see her self getting married until she is at leat 21, which is a smart thing I believe. I love my kid's , and I look forward to watching them grow. I don't miss being pregnant at all.

Jacob is my little nephew that was born on Thankgiving Day 2008 2 month's early weighing just over 4 pounds. I got to meet him for the first time on Wednesday 3/18/2009. He is my brother Chris' little guy. They moved to Nebraska last year. We sure miss them. Jacob is doing great. He weighs over 8 pounds now and is as cute as can be. Were so glad to finally get to meet him and look forward to many visits. (Right Chris and Leah?) We love and miss you all!

Let the games begin!!

Baseball season's has arrived. Tyler is the only one interested (who is old enough anyway's, Alan love's playing baseball, they just don't have a 1 year old league yet.) The girl's are into dance and Girlscouts. I love baseball. I've been playing since I was 5. Tyler is on The NewYork Mets, (Pony league little league of course.) Until he get's older anyway's, then who know's. He is a good litlle player, but he doesn't play like he loves it like I still do. I did give him a choice to play or not and he chose to play. He took last year off, but I guess he missed it. They've already had 3 games and they're 1 and 2 (1 win 2 loses) He has a few old friends on his team and seems to like his coaches, so far so good. He does have a bit of an attitude though. He didn't really agree with a strike that was called by the umpire, and decided to speak his mind about it. The umpire wasn't to thrilled with that and gave him a yellow card (warning of dismisal) He became a little more tolerant of the bad calls after that. He's not a very big kid so when he gets up to bat everyone scoots up, I love it when he wacks it way over their heads. It's fun to watch when he can keep a good attitude. I believe that win or lose, the most importnant thing is to have fun! But who can have fun when their always losing? But hopefully he'll learn to have fun either way.

Dance Play and Pretend!

Morgan started a fun little dance class last week with Sister Cassel. She's the only 4 year old. The other girl's are all 2. It's cute to watch, I call her my gentle giant. She looks so big next to them. She was a little shy at first, but now she usually shows the younger girl's what to do. She needs to work a little on her gracefulness. She really seems to like it ,and Alan loves watching the cute little girls dance around.

Too cute not to post!

Sorry for the similar pictures, I just couldn't resist taking them!I got him the teddy bear last weekend at a garage sale for 50 cents and they've been practically inseparable ever since.

Now that boy really knows how to clean up his own mess without waisting!

Fun with Grandpa Ben and Grandma Julie

Mike's dad Ben and Step mom Julie came out from Northern California for a 3 day visit. We had a great time at Chuck E Cheese Friday night, and picnicking and dirt bike riding over the weekend. They stayed in their mobile home up by the Salton Sea. I think staying at our house might have been a bit over whelming. It gets a little, okay very loud sometimes, okay almost all the time at our house. Any way's we had a great visit and really look forward to their next visit. Thanks Ben and Julie for a great time!

Cortney and her Siamese boyfriend. He's actually a joy to have around.

Grandpa Ben was like an old pro! Although I don't think he was expecting Mike's quad to have so much power on that first wheelie.

Grandma Julie took her first ride on the Quad and did awesome.

Morgan decided it was a silly face moment!

Mike is always showing off riding around with no hands trying to give me a heart attack. No really he's parked in this picture.

Grandpa Ben just celebrated his 61st birthday on March 4th. Happy Birthday Dad!
